Do credits expire?
No! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
Is there any recurring billing?
No. Speakaholic does not use subscriptions. All purchases are one-time credit purchases — we do not automatically charge or renew your account. You control when and how much you buy.
How are words counted?
We count each word in your text. Contractions (like “don't”) count as one word. Numbers and special characters are counted based on how they're spoken.
Are credits refundable?
No. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe.
